Outset Global has expanded its global team with the addition of three new traders based in Hong Kong and New York.
Seamus O’Neill has joined the firm as managing director, based in New York.
O’Neill brings almost 30 years’ experience in equity sales and trading, having most recently served as a sales trader at Brean Murray and later at B Riler Securities.
Greg Toal also joins the New York team as managing director, bringing nearly 20 years’ experience in buy-side trading. Outset Global stated that his expertise in the REIT sector and his experience with startups makes him an asset to newly launched hedge funds.
Elsewhere, Stanley Wong has been appointed managing director, based in Hong Kong.
Wong brings 14 years of buy-side experience in APAC equity execution at T. Rowe Price. He also previously held roles at Macquarie Securities (HK) where he specialised in convertible bond sales.
