Agency broker and trading technology provider ConvergEx has appointed Adam Esposito to its global transition management team in New York. In his new role, Esposito will work with new and existing clients to develop customised strategies to implement cost-effective portfolio restructurings.
Esposito reports to Kal Bassily, managing director and head of global transition management at ConvergEx. Previously, Esposito spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently in the firm's transition management and pension groups.
“Adam's highly technical background, which includes extensive derivatives experience, will be a further enhancement to our product offerings,” commented Bassily.
ConvergEx also recently expanded its transition management team in Asia, with the addition of Ronan Walsh in October 2010.
